Why he writes about this

The pages on this site are about one narrow problem: what a client experiences between the day they hire an agent and the day they close. That is the stretch most tools skip. A CRM works the lead up to the contract; a transaction-management system works the paperwork after it. In between sits the person who just made the largest purchase of their life and is wondering what happens next.

Thomas writes from the side of that gap he actually stands on — the agent answering the 9pm text — rather than from a vendor’s view of the category.
